For far too long, we endured negative verbal communication, stone-walling techniques, blame, defensiveness, and even physical trauma.

What does it look like when we show up for ourSelves? What do we want that to become in the future?

Here’s my vision!!!...

When I show up for mySelf, it’s the real shit ~ no holds barred. It’s raw and unfiltered, no pretense.

Every research event feels like a privilege and opportunity —a chance to explore, contribute to meaningful research, and stay tethered to the incredible pillar team I call home in San Diego. But let’s be real. Glory doesn’t exist without the weight of its own toughness.

There is a lot of talk and focus swirling around the balancing of Divine Feminine energy and Divine Masculine energy.

Utilizing spiritual tools is essential for guiding us through life's situations, circumstances, and challenges.

What I’m about to share are a couple profound experiences (teachings!) I witnessed as a young adult. It is with sincere thanks to my family for always allowing me to be who I AM. And for the courage in each of you to always be with ‘what is’.

No matter where we go in life, there we are… we are the one constant who is always there. What is your level of self-love?

I realize I have always had a thing for the underdog. Maybe it is because I could see all my brokenness, uniqueness, pain, inquiry, confusion, hurt, and sadness within another. In a way I guess it helped me feel more human.
