Heart Like a Truck
Listen, my dear sisters (and brothers), many of us have found ourselves in relationships where we tolerated unskillful behavior from our partners.
For far too long, we endured negative verbal communication, stone-walling techniques, blame, defensiveness, and even physical trauma.
And then we blamed ourselves, questioning our self-worth and strength of self-love.
But let me tell you something, it's not about lacking self-love or being weak. I've come to understand this from my own experiences in those challenging relationships.
Yes, maybe I stayed longer than I should have. That's true. But it wasn't because I was weak or didn't value myself. No, quite the opposite. I chose those relationships because they stretched me and pushed me to grow.
We only attract what we're in alignment with. My soul intentionally chose those experiences not as a sign of weakness, but because of the strength and capacity within me toβ¦
π Embrace unity and togetherness rather than focusing solely on myself.
π Listen actively and genuinely to my partner's words and emotions.
π Show compassion for their past wounds and triggers.
π Seek common ground and find balance through compromise.
π Breathe, understand, and adapt to new approaches.
π Share my feelings openly, honestly, and with vulnerability.
π Be an unwavering and unconditional support system.
π Radiate love in every moment.
And you know what? Those relationships that eventually ended?β¦ I stretched THEM too!
We're here to stretch ourselves in love, my beautiful souls.
So remember, you are a beacon of light for everyone you connect with. Recognize the purity of your Love and the power within you. And when the stretching becomes too tight, take a step back and see what you've gained from the experience. Release the tension and embrace the next phase of your journey, filled with even more love.
Keep dreaming big
Keep filling your tank
Those is alignment will happily slide in and take the wheel β¨
Big Love π€
